Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange (e.g., Active Shorts & Leggings in size M, Blue Dress in style #XYZ). Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you swiftly.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Authorization

Our customer care team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible, including all tags. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive and inspect your return (processing takes 3-5 business days after arrival), we will notify you via email.

  • For Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item (subject to availability) using your preferred shipping method. If the desired size/color of your Cardigan or Bikini Set is out of stock, we will process a refund.
  • For Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Timeline & Method

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days after we approve the return. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Important Exceptions & Notes

To maintain the quality and hygiene standards our Global Style Enthusiasts expect, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Bralettes & Bikini Sets: Due to their intimate nature, these items are final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Bodysuits: For similar hygiene considerations, bodysuits are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

For damaged or defective items (including our Blazers or Bodycon Skirts), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
